I am proficient in areas such as mental health counselling, coach and athlete development, research methodologies, data analysis, and program development

Education
My educational background includes coursework at San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Psychology from the University of British Columbia. I have also pursued additional certifications in high-performance coaching through the Coaching Association of Canada.
Experience
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in the mental health and sports industries. I have worked with the University of British Columbia, Water Polo West, and Vancouver Vipers Water Polo Club, where I was involved in coaching, strategic leadership, and program management. These experiences have honed my skills in coach and athlete developing, cultivating safe sport environments, and promoting leadership skills for girls and young women in sport.
